The Usher or Server is a personal representative of the pastor and leadership, which deals directly with people when they come to church. As such, we must recognize how important the Ministry of Servers is.


El Ujier o Servidor es un representante personal del pastor y de su liderazgo, que trata directamente con las personas cuando llegan a la Iglesia. Como tal debe aceptarse y reconocerse cuan importante es el Ministerio de Servidores.

• The server is often the first contact that people have when entering into church.
  As official representative of the church and the pastor, the server has a huge obligation to learn, worship, and evangelize. It may be the only individual contact that the church does with people during their attendance at a service, a word of encouragement, safety, or kindness, which may be the most important moment that a server may give a person attending for the first time or that is already gathering.
  
• The server is the only person whose functions cannot be replaced, or omitted. Preaching may be omitted, or sometimes a song can suspend a class, but there is no substitute for working servers in any service.
  
• The server is a forerunner, like John the Baptist was for Jesus' ministry, because he goes along for the smooth operation of all ministries of the church.
  
• The Ministry of Service is a quiet and efficient ministry of the church, whose service is aimed at the congregation and a blessing for each event in the church.
  
• The server should take his ministry as a personal ministerial challenge within the church. This leads us to fight to obtain a level of excellence they expect: THE LORD, THE PASTOR, LEADERS and THE CONGREGATION.

• El Servidor es a menudo el primer contacto que las personas tienen al entrar
  a la iglesia.
• Como representante oficial de la iglesia y del pastor, el servidor tiene una enorme obligación de aprender, adorar y evangelizar.
• Puede ser el único contacto individual que la iglesia haga con las personas durante su asistencia a un servicio; una palabra de aliento, seguridad o amabilidad, que puede ser el momento mas importante que un servidor le
  de a una persona que asiste por primera vez o que ya se esté congregando.
• El Servidor es la única persona cuyas funciones no pueden reemplazarse,
  ni omitirse. Puede omitirse la predicación, una canción o a veces se puede suspender una clase, pero no hay sustituto para el trabajo de los servidores
  en cualquier servicio.
• El Servidor es un precursor como Juan el Bautista lo fue del ministerio de Jesús, porque va adelante para el buen funcionamiento de todos los ministerios de la iglesia.
• El Ministerio de Servidores es el ministerio silencioso y eficiente de la iglesia, cuyo servicio esta orientado a la congregación y es una bendición para cada evento en la iglesia.
• El Servidor debe tomar su ministerio como un desafío ministerial personal dentro de la iglesia. Esto nos lleva a luchar por obtener un nivel de EXCELENCIA que esperan: EL SEÑOR, EL PASTOR, LOS LIDERES Y
  LA CONGREGACIÓN.
